Submit an Issue or Feedback

Reporting an Issue:

  • From the Property User Interface, tap ““. This will take you to the “Engage” page.
  • In this page, tap ” “.
  • You will then be directed to a Report Form. Fill out the form with information pertaining to your issue in detail.
  • Once filled, tap the “Submit” button at the bottom.
  • Upon successful report creation, you will be redirected to the report detail.
  • In this page, you can:
    – Track the status of your report
    – Check the report creation date
    – Track the date and time of last update
    – Make additional comments about said report
    – Cancel the report

To review your records at a later date:

  • In the Property User Interface, tap ““.
  • Once at the “Engage” page, tap “” under activities. This will take you to your report history records.
  • Select the report in this list you wish to review.
