Reporting an Issue:
- From the Property User Interface, tap “
“. This will take you to the “Engage” page.
- In this page, tap ”

- You will then be directed to a Report Form. Fill out the form with information pertaining to your issue in detail.
- Once filled, tap the “Submit” button at the bottom.
- Upon successful report creation, you will be redirected to the report detail.
- In this page, you can:
– Track the status of your report
– Check the report creation date
– Track the date and time of last update
– Make additional comments about said report
– Cancel the report
To review your records at a later date:
- In the Property User Interface, tap “

- Once at the “Engage” page, tap “
” under activities. This will take you to your report history records.
- Select the report in this list you wish to review.
