Book a Facility:
- In the Property User Interface, Tap any of the facility icons listed under “Facility Booking” that you want to book for. Tap “
” to view the full list of facilities.
- Tapping a facility will take you to that facility’s booking page. In this page pick a date you wish to book on and the time slots under it will update accordingly.
- Tapping a timeslot will take you to the Booking Confirmation page. You can do a final review of your booking details.
- Tap “Confirm Booking” to book a timeslot.
- After a booking has been submitted, you will be redirected to the “Booking Details” page. Here you can check the status of your booking , read its TnC , as well as cancel your booking.
- To see your booked facility timeslots, from the Property User Interface, tap ““.
- This will take you to the “Facility” page. Your bookings will be listed under “My Bookings” Categorized by:
– Pending(Awaiting Admin approval)
– Approved(Approved by admin)
– Cancelled(by either User or Admin) - Tap the bookings listed to view its details again.
