Making Safety Checks:

  • Tap “” in the Security Property User Interface. This will take you to the “Safety Check” page.
  • In this page, Security Personnel may browse all on-going alerts and alert history.
  • Tap “Add Safety Check +” button to create a new Alert. Select the Category on the popup menu dropdown field and tap “Submit”.
  • Once the Alert is successfully sent out, you will be redirected to the Safety Check Details page for that Alert.
  • In this page, the Statuses of all members on property will be categorized by tabs based on their participation.
  • Once all members are accounted for, tap “Mark Check Complete” to end the Alert. Or Cancel the safety check by tapping “Cancel Safety Check”

  • In this page, Security Personnel may browse all on-going alerts and alert history.
  • Tap any of the listed Alerts.
  • This will take you to the Safety Check Details page for that Alert.
  • In this page, the Statuses of all members on property will be categorized by tabs based on their participation.
