Receive and respond to SOS alarms

SOS Notifications:

  • Whenever an SOS Alert is Issued by a Member/Visitor, Security Personnel will receive a notification.
  • A member of Security will be assigned to investigate the SOS Alert and will be notified to do so every minute until the case is resolved.
  • This can be viewed by tapping the “” icon at the top-right of the screen in the Security Property User Interface.

SOS Response:

  • In the Security Property User Interface, tap “” under “Other Services” to Open the “SOS – Emergency Call” page.
  • In this page, scroll down to “SOS Records” and tap the SOS listed here for more details.

 

  • The Details page will inform you about the Alert Caller as well as marking them on the map. It also features a button “Call Now” to directly call the Member in question.
  • Once the Investigation is done and the alert is resolved, tap the “Mark as Resolved” link to close the case. This will take you to the “Update Case” page, fill in the fields with your findings of the case then tap “Submit”.
  • After submitting your update, the case will be marked as “Resolved” and the Security Personnel assigned to the case will stop receiving notifications about the Alert.
