Sending SOS Alarm – Member

Sending SOS:

  • In the Property User Interface, Tap “
  • You will be taken to the “Emergency Call” Page. From here tap “
  • This will cause Popup to appear for confirmation, tap the “Yes” button to confirm.
  • Once your SOS has been successfully sent, you will be redirected to its details page. Here you can track the Status of the SOS, the reference no. , location, or even cancel it by tapping the “Cancel SOS” at the bottom.
  • Once the SOS is sent, Security Personnel will be alerted to your distress call and one of them will be assigned to your case.
  • When the Security Personnel assigned to you has investigated your SOS call, they will update your SOS status accordingly.
  • Your SOS calls are listed in the “Emergency Call” page under “SOS Status data”.
  • Tap the SOS call listed there to review its details.
