Invite a Visitor:
- A visitor may opt to walk-in and register themselves as your visitor through a security guard. When this happens, you will receive a visitor approval request notification.
- You may review these notifications (as well as other notifications you may have missed) by tapping the “
” icon at the top right of the Property User Interface.
- To see pending visitor requests, return to the Property User Interface and tap “
” to go to the “Visitors” page. - In the “Visitors” page, Visitor requests awaiting approval will be listed under “Visitor Status” categorized as “Pending”.
- Tap the Visitor listed under “Pending”.
- You will then be taken to the “My Visitors Detail” page. All of the visitor’s details submitted during registration will be displayed here for review.
- To Approve/Reject their visitation, scroll to the bottom of the page and tap the “Approve” or “Reject” buttons accordingly.
